Duty of the Position

Meet and make presentations to develop new relationship and ongoing relationships for private pay (patient who are paying out of bucket), Medicaid, Medicare and private insurances. You will be doing presentation at different locations: Targeting patient that are 18 years and older, who need home health care for different reasons and different disease process from injuries that required Rehabilitation to management of Chronic disease who needs Diabetes education, COPD, hypertension management, weight lost management, Medication infusion therapy

-Rehabilitation facilities
-Senior and assisted living facilities
-Hospitals
_Independent living facilities
-Patient families, communities outreach, newsletters and other social medial
-Skilled nursing facilities
-Case manages, discharge planners
-Long term insurance companies
-Clinical Home care companies

Qualifications

We don't require you to have any qualifications beyond being respectful, honest, and entrepreneurial ways of thinking - because these are old patients at home and how to get them to join is a really difficult process because we can't market through their normal doctor's office like we used to.

Equipment Operation

Booking and appointment with facilities and meeting face to face with discharge planner, Flyers, Newsletters, Social Medial, and many more
