Duty of the Position

Providing Companionship for seniors who needs care, assisting with dr appts and medication reminders. Grocery shopping, and light chores. occupational therapy, implementing a clinical care plan, Hospital accompaniment, personal assistant, Welcome home program, Infant care specialist , Therapy services from surgery. Some lifting may be required such as lifting patient to turn the bed, assisting lifting the patient to guide pt to the restroom, and being a crutch if needed for stairs.

Live In services available if needed.

Position responsibilities

Reliable, dependable, and courteous, and trustworthy. Have tremendous amount of patience,
Personal Care - Assistance with bathing, grooming. dressing, toileting, etc.
Companionship - Provide emotional support, Meal Preparation, Meal Planning, Laundry, Light Housekeeping, Medication Reminders, Assistance with other activities of daily living.

Job Conditions

Always work indoors in offices, hospitals patient homes and other healthcare facilities. May come into contact with people or be exposed to patients with diseases, but must maintain safety by always wearing safety gear such as gloves, masks, and utilizing hand wipes.

Company Operation

To Assist patients with daily tasks, to assist patients with transportation to and from appointments, To facilitate and implement responsibilities and tasks that make the operation and movement of the company a smooth process. Become the bridge between the hospitals, Nursing homes, Day Centers, and Patients.

Kind, Friendly, Polite, Etiquette, Loving spirit and Integrity.
Empathy and compassion, Motivated to work, and knowledge of the task performed. Willing to further their knowledge without resistance. Great observation and attention to detail.
