Duty of the Position

Helping our clients with ADLs.

Position responsibilities

Performs ONLY those functions defined in the service plan. Is trained in first aid and CPR

Job Conditions

Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move client weight up to 200 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.

Company Operation

Has access to all client service records which may be discussed with the supervisor.

Qualifications

Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to understand, read and write English and a certified nurse aide or PCA training

Use of BP cuff, thermometer, and stethoscope Hand washing materials
