Duty of the Position

- Actively listening to members and identifying their needs.
- Recommending services to members and potential members.
- Investigating and resolving or escalating membership and payment issues.
- Assessing member eligibility and processing payments, applications, and requests.

Position responsibilities

- Answering phone calls and written questions, concerns, and complaints regarding membership.
- Providing information on membership fees, policies, processes, benefits, products, and services.
- Documenting all inquiries and maintaining accurate membership records.

Goditsme.org a non profit organization we are recruiting for a reliable Volunteer to join our organization. As a Volunteer your responsibilities will include completing tasks assigned by the Supervisor, upholding the organization’s values, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders. You are required to follow instructions and improve the overall operations of the organization solving skills. Outstanding Volunteers should be diligent, meticulous, and take pride in their work.

Company Operation

Preserving life stories of the people unable to do it on their own, by building the greatest legacy library. As a digital marketing team working in the field of home health care, goditsme.org wanted to do something for men, women, and children who for one reason or another are near the end of their lives. As those who are here to promote and make others visible, we came up with the idea to create a place for all of those stories of people at the end of their life journeys, too worthy to be forgotten and unheard. Not to forget them and learn from them. Their descendants, as well as the world, will be richer for all of those stories and life experiences. Together, we will rescue their lives from oblivion, making them available to everyone willing to listen. Let’s extend their lives by sharing their stories.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English (Spoken & Written).
- Customer service experience.
- Sales knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate.

- Windows 10 Computer (Not a Mac or Chromebook)
- Desktop or Full Size Laptop (monitor 15 inches or larger)
- Ethernet/LAN Connection to High Speed Internet
- Wired Headset
- Webcam
