Duty of the Position

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Support with HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
- Support with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Support to handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Position responsibilities

- Compile and update employee and volunteer records.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources manager.
- Support communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Welcome to the new volunteers and onboarding them.
- Teaching company’s software platform.

As a digital marketing team working in the field of home health care, goditsme.org wanted to do something for men, women, and children who for one reason or another are near the end of their lives. As those who are here to promote and make others visible, we came up with the idea to create a place for all of those stories of people at the end of their life journeys, too worthy to be forgotten and unheard. Not to forget them and learn from them. Their descendants, as well as the world, will be richer for all of those stories and life experiences. Together, we will rescue their lives from oblivion, making them available to everyone willing to listen. Let’s extend their lives by sharing their stories.

Qualifications

- Knowledge as an HR Assistant.
- Fluency in English (Spoken & Written).
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.

- Ethernet/LAN Connection to High Speed Internet
