Duty of the Position

Noble Touch Home Health is looking for Director of Nursing to join our team as we endeavor to our mission of providing state of art skilled nursing and homecare services to enable our patients to stay safely, comfortably and independently in their home.

Position responsibilities

• Ensures quality of patients care in the patient’s residents by coordinating clinical team patient/family and referring agency
• Provides counsel to the Administrator and the Board of Directors regarding needs of the community, personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning.
• monitors and analyzes QAPI issues and directs clinical staff and administrators to assure appropriate corrective measures are performed.
• Assists in development and maintenance of sound administrative policies and management activities including budget control, cost determination, fee setting and collection, and financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Assists in employment, recruitment, management, and direction of qualified personnel to carry out the policies and procedures of the agency.
• Manages field staff to ensure quality patient care and service delivery.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge and control process to manage QA and ongoing audits.
• Oversees the implementation and evaluation of client care services inclusive of regulatory licensure and certification criteria and accreditation standards.
• Participates in selected orientation programs.
• Assists in the evaluation of community needs and plans programs and services to meet with identified needs.
• Provides direct patient care as needed in state regulations for RN

Job Conditions

• Current, valid state licensed as a Registered Nurse or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL),
• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 3+ years nursing experience in the home health industry with 2 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state licensed as a Registered Nurse or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL),
• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 3+ years nursing experience in the home health industry with 2 year of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of progressive nursing staff management
• Must have a criminal history background check.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. Compassionate caring personality with Demonstrated proven decision-making skills. Able to read, write, and comprehend English. If required to make visits, need proof of Hepatitis profile
