Albeniz Care Agency, LLC is a provider of home care services serving Frederick, MD and surrounding areas. We are committed to our patients receiving high quality services from our multidisciplinary professionals who acknowledge the need for comprehensive assessment from both the client and the professional's point of view.

Our commitment to our patients is to ensure our field nurses will follow up in-person after a care visit and make a weekly follow-up phone call to track any changes and upcoming appointments.

We provide skilled nursing services and other therapeutic services such as physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy and home health aide services.

We are 24/7. After hours, the offices will be closed. However, please feel free to call the nurse on-call with any concerns or the administrator for attention.

We endeavor to deliver the right care needed for your loved one to ensure they are comfortable and safe. We offer short-term and long-term agreements to provide flexibility to our patients and their families.
